Virgin Atlantic Holidays has reopened its retail concept store, which allows potential customers to fully immerse themselves and interact with the travel company’s destinations.

The doors opened once again at the St Albans site on August 7 for the first time in three years following the Covid pandemic.

“Virgin Atlantic Holidays knows that the excitement begins right from the moment a customer confirms their booking, which is why it’s determined to make the journey interactive and memorable,” the company said.

Customers visiting the St Albans retail store are welcomed to the sunset bar, creating a calming environment with refreshments from coffee to champagne, along with snacks representing each destination.

“As they relax into the comfortable seats, customers can explore and ponder over their next adventure,” the company said.

“We recognise that booking a holiday is a special moment, and we’re proud to be able to help our customers create those memories in store once again.

“With an array of exciting new destinations joining the Virgin Atlantic network, such as Dubai, the Maldives and Turks and Caicos, we’re confident that there’s plenty of places for our customers to explore.”
